What does it mean when you can take max dosage of Temazepam sleeping tablets and still be utterly unable to sleep?
It's probably very fortunate that I don't have access to the bottle of pills. Currently, Chas has them.

I don't know, but I do think it's something worth telling the doctor who prescribed them. It could be that they simply aren't going to work with your body chemistry.
It's something I might discuss with my GP (who I'm seeing on Monday for ADD-related reasons) but the prescribing doctor was the guy on duty at the GP After Hours clinic at the hospital on Sunday night - he seemed nice, but I doubt I'll ever see him again.
I do get your point. *g* But I have My Doctor who's been My Doctor all my life, so I generally go to him. (Although I may be looking into a New Doctor since he's getting to be awkwardly far away to get to and is approaching retirement anyway.)
hmm that sucks. No fun when you can't sleep.
On the bright side, your sleeping medication has my name in it. I read your entry and go "...pam!"
Things are gradually working out on the sleep front.
Clearly I should work the letters /pam/ somewhere into *every* entry, in order both to mess with you AND make you feel special.
