So, Dean reminded me that I haven't posted to DW in around a week.

Hi guys. Still not dead.

My sleep cycle is still kind of crazy, but altogether this last week a higher priority has been trying to keep me from crashing and burning, since I've still been really quite broken.

I realised perhaps how broken when I had a PTSD trigger off... a motel scene in Left 4 Dead 2.

On the bright side, I haven't had any trigger issues from car crashes in Need For Speed: Undercover, so I seem to be improved in at least one area.

Mostly, this last week, I've been struggling, with really a lot of help from Chas, to stay alive and somewhere in the region of together. Success has been non-zero, in that I'm still here and haven't really done any permanent damage to myself in the course of breakdowns.

I saw my psychologist last week and will be seeing her this week and probably making a schedule to see her more than I had been previously. Things will be okay.

I've been playing a lot of computer games and will probably continue to do so. It helps.
