I don't. Some jokes hurt, and some jokes trivialise things which need not to be trivialised.
Some jokes yes, but that's the joke itself not the subject matter.
I don't think joking about something automatically trivialises it.
I do think that sometimes you shouldn't joke about something if you know a nearby person is sensitive about it. That said most people will find a cleverly constructed joke funny even if it hits close to home in a way that hurts. And I don't think that's bad. I don't think that pain is always a negative thing.
I would talk about this more but i must away. Also I prefer to talk instead of type :P
