Yeah, it's like that.

I must admit, I don't understand the logic behind privatisation. Apparently, privatising services is supposed to make them competitive and efficient. But they're still monopolies - they're just monopolies in the hands of people who have an interest in profits rather than the good of the overall Perth population.

I really don't understand.
