Thinking about it more: I think my forgotten art policy would be kind of hilarious.

If people leave their art and don't keep up their fees, there'd be a grace period by which if they paid the back rent, they could reclaim their work, and after that, the rule would be: "If Sami likes it, she keeps it, and if she doesn't, the staff get dibs; if no-one wants it, we toss it, or throw it in storage in case you end up famous."
