So, I read your explanatory post.
You elaborated what you intended to show with your story.
Given people didn't pick up on this, patently you failed abysmally badly. When the author intends something, and this is not conveyed to the reader, it's the author's failure, not the reader's.
And you responded by calling criticism equivalent to "gang-rape".
You ask why you would want to be part of fandom when it does this; I ask, why would fandom want you?
You're a crappy writer who can't take criticism and makes wilfully (since you acknowledged that your comparison would be upsetting to people) hurtful responses to being called on your shit.

That's... really not a good apology. On, in fact, an apology at all.
"At first I was going to apologize for offending people, but then I realized it was all their fault and they were the bad guys here! As bad as rapists!" (I... really hoped that you were either exaggerating about the gang-rape analogy or taking it out of context, but no, she actually went there).
Do I even want to know what kind of fic started all this? Or should I just be glad that I haven't heard about it?

Massive bandom bigbang AU where Spencer transitions to girl and massive transfail and misogyny ensues, basically. Which she was totally doing to show what it's liiiike to be trans/female and... yeah, just, not so much, you know?
And then it's like, oh, no, you did NOT just go there, and I was tempted to e-mail her but what the hell, I think I will just say mean things about her in my journal because it's extra dismissive.
What the hell is it about RPS big bang fics recently? First the Haitian earthquake fic, then that one where the writer took a Jewish celebrity and made him a Catholic priest, and now this one.

I DON'T KNOW. I co-wrote and RPS bigbang AU. Do you know how much drama/negative response we got? NONE. Positive responses, HUNDREDS. Gahhh. It's NOT THAT HARD to avoid being hideously offensive, people.
