When I got tired running from you, I heard your words they caught my breath...

Reasons to love my university include: I'm about twenty minutes early for going into my lecture. So I'm sitting on the bricks outside the lecture room (it's on the upper floor, so there's no conveniently-located grass), with my laptop on my knees complete with internet access. Wireless SNAP is awesome. I may play World of Warcraft or something to pass the time.

Something I meant to mention yesterday - relevant to Perthites only - is this: at Subiaco train station yesterday, in the carpark I saw a car with a 1YAD licence plate. Standard plate, blue on white, 1YAD nnn (I don't remember what the numbers were). What the hell? It was definitely a Y, I checked that like four times because I was so surprised.

There's a man wandering along checking all the fire extinguishers set into the wall along here. I find that oddly reassuring.

1Yaa-nnn plates were used for a short period of time for rental vehicles. When the vehicles were sold into the open market, the plates were kept as any other plate. One of our neighbours has a 1YAB car. It was a carryover from using {X,U,6,7,8,9}Ya-nnn for rental cars.

Other fun letters: 1Taa plates for Trailers, 8SJ-nnn plates for ambulances..

Ahhh. Thank you, that makes so much more sense now.
