Oh thank god, so I'm not the only one.

Like, I would completely believe that he is guilty of the crimes he's accused of, but I also wasn't born yesterday and this shit is HIGHLY IRREGULAR. I feel like the judicial bodies in question just got really lucky, but they're going to fuck it up entirely if they carry on like this.

I'd also rather have seen him go to trial for actually committing the crime of rape, than for being an accused rapist who's mostly just in trouble for being a whistleblower. Like you say: Roman Polanski didn't get treated like this. Neither did a million other rapists who never made the news in any way, shape or form.
