So, today has been busier than I expected my part in preparations to be. In addition to having a few minutes to chat with the groom's parents when they stopped by, I made the pocket triangle things for the groom and groomsmen (thank you, internet, for telling me how), worked out how to affix them properly in their pockets, and have been doing much stuff with electronics and camera matters.
PS: False pockets are EVIL.
I wish I'd taken progress pictures of making the pocket triangles work, it was way more complicated than I expected.
Writing it out, it seems like there's been hardly anything, and yet it's half past twelve and Alexa and I are only now really doing our hair.
Left to do:
Have lunch Take ADHD meds NO SERIOUSLY DO NOT WANT BRAIN FERRETS DURING WEDDING Get to venue Get set up to broadcast in good time Make broadcast work (explanation for those who don't know: there will be a live video upstream of the wedding, for people unable to attend in person) Take many photos with bride's camera (am deputised personal photographer for bride) Back up bride's photos to laptop (will be there anyway, for broadcast purposes) Try not to cry constantly Say hello to many people Meet up with many people
And... stuff.
