Irony's not dead, it's just been working too hard lately.

Today's winner of some kind of award for seriously spectacular irony goes to Iran, for summoning the Italian ambassador to the Iranian Foreign Ministry to hear Tehran's concerns about the "violent suppression of justice-seeking protesters by the Italian police" at the G8 summit.
