sami: (my peacock thinks you're an idiot)

Ablism is all-pervasive

My brother-out-law is looking over a document that includes pictures distinguishing certain areas of the image using different-coloured dots over the areas.

Green dots and red dots.

My brother-out-law is red-green colourblind.

Which means he had to ask me which area was green.

Clarity of visual data presentation: you're doing it wrong. Proportions are variable, but around 7-8% of males (and 0.04% of females - X-linked genes are like that), in most countries, are red-green colourblind - who would use red and green for marking distinction?
